| This police offer seems a little down on his luck, judging by the gauze wrapped around his right hand. His shaved head and five o'clock shadow almost give the impression you'd get from seeing a typical military grunt on the front lines. His police uniform has seen better days, though his polished badge shines brightly, pinned outside his flak jacket. He wears a tattered, homemade red cross and NecroTech logo armband on his arm.
